We did have another busy weekend in Mexico Beach with 3 new pending contracts, 1 in St Joe Beach and 2 at Cape San Blas. It was another busy week in the Forgotten Coast. I will like to ad to my update that 2 properties at Cape San Blas went under contract and one that SOLD:
