The MLS Hotsheet has not reported any pending contracts for the Port St Joe area from the past  weekend yet. We did have another busy weekend in Mexico Beach with 3 new pending contracts, 1 in St Joe Beach and 2 at Cape San Blas. I featured this house in  my May 18th update. It was reduced from $79,900 to $75K - This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. Located near Palm Blvd.  This was a Fixer upper. Good location but needed lots of work.

It was another busy week in the Forgotten Coast. I will like to ad to my update that 2 properties at Cape San Blas went under contract and one that SOLD:

A Barrier Dunes unit 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms  asking $218K.

A water front condo at Cape Shoals 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms asking $299K

A Bay view single family home 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom SOLD for $245K this was a short sale.

A single family home 4 blocks to the beach 2 bed - 2 bath SOLD asking $189K
